Below you will find important information for obtaining a visa to enter and stay in the Russian Federation.
There are three ways to enter Russia: with a visa, with an e-visa, or without a visa. To determine which option applies to you, please look up your country of citizenship in the search field.

For entry, you will need a valid passport and a health insurance policy valid in the Russian Federation.
You can submit your application no earlier than 40 days and no later than 4 days before your intended date of entry into the Russian Federation.
The processing time for a unified e-visa is no more than 4 calendar days from the date of application. No invitation letter is required.

The most appropriate visa category for participation in the Olympiad is the humanitarian visa. Processing typically takes up to 20 working days from the date the complete and correctly filed application is submitted.
To apply, please prepare the required documents, pay the applicable fee, and submit your application to a Russian consular office for processing and approval.
